Original blueprints for this custom home are in the kitchen. Security system may or may not be working. Recently cleaned out but not entirely cleaned up, the house is a little rough around the edges and could use some attention and sprucing in places. Bright, compact but w/room for a small table Kitchen has skylight, double stainless sink, deep pantry closet and door to side deck. Full Dining Room is adjacent to Sun Room with 7 windows and door to side deck and outside. Living room opens to a very private, fully vinyl fenced with 2 gates, well landscaped oasis of a back yard with 2 storage sheds, a brick side patio type deck and side deck. Some glossy mid-century wallpaper, an entry hall w/wrought iron railing and a sunken Living Room with substantial room-dominating brick fireplace with slate hearth and brick and slate planter box and electric outlets above fireplace for the sunburst clock that was probably there once. Custom house with a distinctly Mid-Century Modern feel in places. Something of a fixer-upper, the opportunity and options here are endless.
